The facility remained operational and traded throughout the entire construction process. The refurbishment presented restrictions surrounding the limits of the existing space and services, but with clever design and by working closely with the client, the team was able to maximise use of space and accommodated all design changes within a new floorplan. The project was delivered a week ahead of the contracted date.
