GELC King Street is a cutting-edge purpose-built early learning facility located within the Brisbane Showgrounds urban regeneration.

Scope

The multi-level centre designed and built to focus on naturally inspired environments in a modern, Urban setting. To construct the mezzanine, Apollo undertook the first major CLT installation in Queensland for this project. This innovative approach enhancing the sustainability credentials of the centre with CLT having a significantly reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional building materials.
