Women of Apollo attend the NAWIC NQ Committee Launch Event

Last week, Apollo ladies Stephanie Di Tommaso, Samara Gill, Zoe Bradley, Emily Love-Linay, Annette Ringuet and Laura Wilton attended the NAWIC Launch Event at the Commonwealth Hotel in South Townsville to celebrate the establishment of the NAWIC NQ local chapter.

We were joined by some inspiring women in the construction industry including NAWIC members Angie Hanson, Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, Hannah Gander, Contracts Manager at CPB Contractors, Lisa Clarke, Design Manager - Defence at Icon and Josie Gabrielli, Project Director at Mater, Central North Queensland.

NAWIC (The National Association of Women in Construction) is an Australian, not-for-profit organisation founded in 1995 regarded as the ‘go-to’ voice for women in construction, leading change across government and industry. Local chapters across Australia provide regular networking, mentoring and education opportunities.

Thank you to the Apollo team and the wider NAWIC QLD Committee for supporting this inaugural event!
