Sod Turn at The Pavilion, Ingenia Lifestyle, Hervey Bay

We're excited to deliver a new 1,670 sqm clubhouse, named ‘The Pavilion,' which will enhance the amenities available in Ingenia Lifestyle’s resort style community.

Adam Forrester, Head of Development QLD at Ingenia Lifestyle, highlighted the importance of these new facilities in fostering and maintaining meaningful connections among residents.

“This latest clubhouse will cater to health and wellness, featuring a well-equipped gym, golf simulator, steam room, sauna and pool as well as dedicated spaces for encouraging rest and relaxation with a lounge, bar facilities, private function area and multipurpose room,” Mr Forrester said.
