Construction of new Military Working Dogs training facility with kennel accommodation, including a shade structure, kennel building, a support facility and an isolation kennel building.

West Moreton Anglican College Basketball Courts

The Apollo team is constructing a new recreational shelter over existing basketball courts at West Moreton Anglican College. The shelter will consist of a structural steel frame with roofing and wall cladding. The project also includes the installation of new fencing, paths and ramps, along with soft landscaping to improve the court’s surroundings.

Education Futures Institute

The Education Futures Institute project involves a complete overhaul of an existing 1,200 sqm space, starting with the demolition of all current finishes and the removal of redundant services. New partitions, ceilings and glazing will be installed to establish a fresh layout, with updated services and alterations to existing ones to support the new configuration. The project will include new flooring and paint throughout the tenancy, along with the addition of new furniture and custom joinery. Two operable walls will also be installed, adding flexibility to the space and completing the modernised design for future educational needs.

Atherton Hospital Power Station

Apollo is upgrading the standby power system at the Atherton Hospital by replacing the 500kVA generators with 1000KVa generators and the undertaking the disconnection of the interim generator, including all electrical works associated with this scope. The project also includes associated structural, acoustic and mechanical works to the Electrical Services Building, and minor building works including door widening, wall extension works and modifications to and existing balustrade. The team is also installing security upgrades (CCTV and duress systems) to the adjacent staff car park.

Hervey Bay Hospital Expansion

Apollo is expanding Hervey Bay Hospital with the construction of a new 25-bed medical inpatient unit, including four critical care beds and a 10-bed intensive care unit. The project also includes building a rooftop helipad to replace the current at-grade helipad.

Ultimate Positioning Group

This 475 sqm project includes a full renovation, starting with the demolition of all existing finishes and removal of redundant services. New partitions, ceilings and glazing will be installed to create an updated layout. This layout will be supported by upgraded services, including alterations to existing ones where needed. Fresh floor finishes and paint will be applied throughout the tenancy, with new furniture and joinery to complete the interior transformation. Additionally, a new structural system will be installed to support the extension on level 1, ensuring the space is fully modernised and ready for use.

Apollo has been contracted to complete fitout and refurbishment services at 388 Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley. Our works will include demolition of existing tenancy partitions, ceilings, amenities, block walls and concrete slabs, new flooring works including leveling/topping, new structural steel, concrete slab reinstatements, a new roof, new lifts, glazing, external signage and new services.

Keperra Childcare Centre

The team is delivering a 2,231 sqm new childcare centre in Keperra. Services and a lift will be installed, along with fixtures, fittings and equipment to complete the build. Landscaping and a children’s playscape on the level 1 slab will provide a safe, engaging outdoor space for young learners.

Apollo is delivering a new 4,478 sqm 7-Eleven fuel station and Guzman y Gomez restaurant at Collingwood Park. The project will include a new concrete carpark, a new tilt panel building with amenities including a cold and freezer rooms, landscaping and new services throughout.

JD Refrigerated Transport Office and Warehouse

This project involves a 10,860 sqm comprehensive office and warehouse upgrade for JDR Transport, including both interior and exterior improvements. Various services including electrical, security, audio-visual, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, solar and civil will be upgraded. Rectification work will address existing concrete, asphalt, cold room, refrigeration and loading dock areas. New elements include wall and ceiling linings, doors, glazing, flooring, tiling, sanitary fixtures, joinery and furniture for both ground and level 1, as well as painting for the interior and external façade. New roofing, gutters, cladding and skylights will be installed to complete the warehouse and office transformation.

Apollo have been contracted to design and construct a new office area as well as a Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIU) Procedure Room to service the Townsville University Hospital.

Beaudesert Courthouse

Apollo has been engaged to demolish and rebuild the Beaudesert Courthouse. Once completed, the new building will provide specialist Domestic and Family Violence support services that will be client-centred, trauma-informed and prioritise the safety of victims when attending court. The new facility will also feature safe access to the court for vulnerable users, a victim safe room and improved separate entry for persons in custody and detainees via the adjacent Beaudesert Police Station.
