Apollo constructed stand-alone steel portal frames that were self-bracing, designed as a suspended flooring system, and not supported by any other structural steel elements, therefore providing complete acoustic isolation and separation. The quality of workmanship on this project was exceptional. Apollo understood the critical importance of defect close-out and ensuring the client had identified any concerns long before handover. This was imperative also from a financial and serviceability perspective in addition to the client’s satisfaction and ability for the turnkey operation of their new space. An iconic Australian brand, the design intent has the same level of high-end and detailed finishes along with the acoustic performance properties. The new office area provides a great working environment with open-plan workspaces and a luxuriously finished kitchen and breakout space.
